Cathy and Lee Baggerly

Children’s Pastors

Pastors Cathy & Lee came to serve as children’s pastors at Peerless Church in December 2005. They had previously served as the children’s pastors at the Altavista Church of God Prophecy in Altavista, Va. They have been serving in children’s ministries for many years and are passionate about seeing kids love the Lord with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength as well as loving and serving others.

Cathy’s formal training is in early childhood and elementary education.
She serves as a member of the International Children’s Ministries Advisory Team and Child Discipleship and Faith Formation Council for the International Church of God of Prophecy.

Lee has his M.Ed. in education and has been teaching at Ocoee Middle School in Cleveland for the last seventeen years. They have been married since February of 1987 and have three beautiful children: Malorie, Logan, and Emma.

Kristen and Dylan Goins

Preschool Pastors and Nursery Directors

Kristen and Dylan have served as Preschool Pastors and Nursery Directors at Peerless Littles since January 1, 2020. Their heart for guiding little ones in their earliest steps of faith is at the center of their ministry. Kristen has been part of Peerless Church her entire life and has invested over 25 years in the Nursery and Preschool department. Dylan joined Peerless in 2008 and shares her passion for helping children know and experience God’s love. In addition to Peerless Littles, Dylan also serves faithfully on the Worship Team.

Outside of church, Kristen is a licensed Realtor® and also does marketing for a local real estate brokerage. Dylan has been with Volkswagen for more than 14 years, building his career as an Electrical Analysis Specialist.

Married since September 2010, they find joy in family life with their three children—Rylie, Jacob, and Roxanne—and their pets Cleo, Lottie Wren, and Lilo. Their home and ministry reflect their commitment to faith, family, and community.
