The Nursery and Preschool is a valuable ministry at Peerless Church.
Children benefit from safe and loving care while parents attend classes or worship services. Sunday morning and Wednesday evening ministry is provided for children birth to preschool ages.
In the nursery and preschool years a child will form their first impression of their heavenly Father.
We believe nursery and preschool ministry is more than babysitting. It’s laying a critical foundation for faith in the life of a child. We believe the way we embrace a child’s physical needs will help kids from zero to five years of age know God’s love and meet God’s family.

Baby (birth – 1.5 years)
Our Baby Ministry provides a peaceful, nurturing space where infants experience God’s love from their very first moments at church. Through soothing music, gentle care, and prayerful attention, our team surrounds each baby with warmth and comfort. Every coo and smile reminds us of God’s presence and the beautiful way He works through even the smallest hearts. We’re honored to care for these precious little ones as they begin their journey of faith.
Toddler (1.5 – 3.5 )
Join us for a joy-filled adventure in faith with our Toddler Ministry! Each Sunday, our little ones explore God’s love through play, songs, and simple Bible lessons designed just for them. Our caring team provides a safe and nurturing space where toddlers can take their first steps in discovering the wonders of God’s world. We believe that even the smallest hearts can grow in faith—and we’re honored to be part of their journey!
Preschool (3.5 – 5)
Step into a world of wonder with our Preschool Ministry! Designed for children ages 3.5 to 5, this program offers a fun and engaging way for preschoolers to discover God’s love. Through interactive stories, creative play, and meaningful activities, we help children take their first steps in understanding God’s Word and the world around them. Our dedicated team provides a safe and loving environment where preschoolers can grow, learn, and begin building a foundation of faith that will last a lifetime.
On Sunday mornings in Elementary Ministry and Peerless Littles children are taught using Brite* curriculum from Awana.
In every lesson, the Bible is read, heard, and connected to Jesus in ways kids can understand in their own lives, so they can begin to say:
I believe in Jesus.
I’m becoming more like Him.
I belong to Him forever.
What time is service?
Sunday Morning’s @ 10:30 and Wednesday Night’s @ 6:30
What about check in?
You’ll find our team ready to greet you at check in! Check in begins 15 minutes before service and check out lasts for 15 minutes following service end.
What is your security policy?
Our Peerless Littles area is a safe and secure space. Upon checking in your child, you will receive a parent/guardian tag. This tag includes a unique code, randomly assigned to you at check in for that particular day. Only the parent/guardian who drops your child off AND has this pickup tag, is permitted to pick up the child. IF the parent or guardian chooses to hand this pickup tag to someone else, they will be permitted to pick up the child, so long as the secure code on the child’s name tag and parent/guardian pickup tag match.
My child is nervous, can I stay in their classroom?
Because our Peerless Littles area is a secure area, only our background checked volunteers are permitted in the classrooms. We have an experienced team and many leaders who are capable of making sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you via text message.
How will you get ahold of me if my child needs me?
You will receive a text message to the number you provide at check in. If you do not respond to the text within 5 minutes, a member of our security team will come and find you.
Are your Volunteers background checked?
Yes. Regardless of the role they play, every adult who serves in Peerless Kids has passed a background check.
What do I need to drop off with my child?
If your child is still in diapers, we recommend bringing a diaper back and bottle/cup. You’re welcome to leave anything your child might need during this time. We provide a nut-free, allergy sensitive snack in each class. Please do not leave ipads, phones, etc. with your child.
What if my child has allergies?
Peerless Littles IS A PEANUT FREE AREA. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY PEANUT PRODUCTS IN TO THIS AREA. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at check in. Your child will have a special sticker to inform our volunteers of their allergy on their name tag to ensure your child’s safety upon snack time.
What is your sick-child policy?
Please don’t check in kids if:
-They are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms
-They have had a fever above 99° (without medicine) within the last 24 hours
-They have had diarrhea within the last 24 hours
-They have vomited within the last 24 hours
-They have green discharge from nose
-They have pink eye
-They have a persistent, deep-sounding cough
-They have Strep Throat (child should have started antibiotics more than 24 hours before attending)
-They have a contagious disease (flu, measles, rubella, mumps, whooping cough, meningitis)
-They have any open and/or weeping sores or wounds
-They have any unexplained and/or contagious rash (chicken pox, boils, ringworm, Hand Foot Mouth, impetigo)
-They have lice or scabies
